Mobile Instructor

Dodgers Training Academy (DTA) Mobile instructors are needed to develop and deliver top-level instruction for youth athletes. This seasonal position (June-September) involves supporting camps, clinics, and special events in the Los Angeles area. The role offers opportunities for growth based on performance and organizational needs.

Requirements

• Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional levels
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
• Ability to adjust instructional plans for athletes
• Ability to travel within the Dodgers market
• Supportive and encouraging mindset
• Learning and utilizing technologies to enhance instruction
