Job Description
Mariners Training Center Baseball instructors develop and deliver top-level instruction for youth athletes, from beginner to advanced. MTC is the youth baseball and softball training partner of Major League Baseball and provides a supportive and collaborative environment. The role involves building relationships with athletes, maintaining equipment, and attending events.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional levels
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and adjust plans as needed
- Supportive and encouraging attitude with colleagues and clients
- Learning and utilizing technologies
