
Job description
Design enemy and NPC systems, including behavior and decision making, for the game ARC Raiders. Collaborate with designers and engineers to refine concepts and ideas into tangible designs, prototypes, and features.
Design, implement, and tweak enemy behaviors and stimuli, balance and tweak enemy difficulty, work with world designers to establish optimal conditions for enemies, and contribute to designing and implementing core enemy systems.
We're looking for a creative and curious mind with 3+ years of experience designing and making games, experience working with enemy design and systems, and a good grasp of AAA PvP & PvE gameplay and systems design.
