Job Description
Embracing Abilities is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in-home care to adults with disabilities, particularly those on Medicaid. The DSP will work 1:1 with the individual, focusing on maintaining their independence and providing care related to their specific needs. Documentation requirements include a smartphone, email, and valid ID. Training is required, including annual in-service training.
Requirements
- Smartphone with cellular/internet service
- Email address with regular check
- Valid Driver's License (Learners Permit and State ID not accepted)
- Valid Auto Registration and Insurance
- Valid TB Test
- CPR/First Aid Card (Front and Back)
- Criminal Background Check
- County Criminal History Record (last 3 years)
- State License (Indiana)
