Role Overview

Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Project Manager to oversee site projects, manage costs, and develop relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, power, and chemical markets, with a strong background in project management, team leadership, and safety regulations.

What You Will Do

The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for preparing, planning, and overseeing site projects, managing costs, and developing relationships with clients. They will also be responsible for monitoring the execution of the SIC safety program and the performance of work by internal staff and external vendors.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, power, and chemical markets managing projects up to $1M with high complexity
• 2-5 years of client relationship and business development experience
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, process adherence, ownership/commitment, learning agility, and risk management capabilities
• Knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations
• Proficient PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management scheduling software
