
Job description
Under general supervision, responsible for all aspects of designated customer accounts, including conducting follow-up and closing functions for open work orders, handling daily customer communications, and ensuring work orders are completed on time.
Perform administration support, provide technical direction, and supervision to subcontracts, interface with departments, respond to maintenance and repair requests, maintain records and files, and participate in budget/forecast development.
Must be able to work under pressure, make correct decisions with limited input, and communicate effectively with all functions of the Operations Staff and Call Center Operations team.
