Pipefitter

Role Overview

The Pipefitter position is a critical role for the company. This individual will follow all safety rules and regulations and work as a part of a team daily. The Pipefitter position will work under the guidance of a Field Superintendent or Project Manager depending on location of the work assignment.

What You Will Do

Cut, thread, and hammer pipe to specifications, assemble and secure pipes, inspect and test installed systems, measure and mark pipes, cut and bore holes in structures, modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, install automatic controls, turn valves, remove and replace worn components, and prepare cost estimates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• OSHA 10 Certification desired
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
