Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor

The Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor position is responsible for working in a dual capacity position while providing superior guest service, handling buy-in and payoff transactions, and overseeing the games in progress.

Requirements

• Table Games Dealer: Greets patrons, handles buy-in and payoff transactions, and deals table games
• Floor Supervisor: Oversees the games in progress, ensures company assets are safeguarded, and tends to any guest issues or questions
• At least two years of dealing experience is required
• Must be able to deal and supervise at least two types of table games (Blackjack, Roulette, and Craps)
• Must exhibit leadership qualities with growth potential
• Must be able to effectively use Windows PC and MicroSoft Office Suite
