Job description
Join our growing technology team in support of a mission-critical Government customer. Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM and enterprise network monitoring platforms.
Design, build, and configure integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, connectors, and custom scripting. Develop and automate workflows for incident management, change management, and network provisioning.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technologist who enjoys solving complex integration challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
