Job description
Emergent Technologies Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team in supporting a critical Citrix virtual environment for a key government customer. This role is part of a highly skilled team providing Tier 4 operational and maintenance support for enterprise-level virtual applications and desktops.
Provide Tier 4 technical support for enterprise Citrix environments, monitor, triage, and resolve issues from the technical ticket queue, support ongoing operations and maintenance for Citrix-based solutions, collaborate with team members to identify root causes and deliver timely solutions, and support Citrix infrastructure deployed on Hyper-V and Nutanix platforms.
