Business Development Manager

Role Overview

As Business Development Manager for Industrial Solutions in the field of Energy & Sustainability as well as Security & Integrity, you will actively shape our future business approaches. You develop and implement strategic ideas to achieve our goals together with the sales team.

What You Will Do

Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for industrial solutions (e.g. energy saving) in close cooperation with internal and external partners, communication of these strategies to the sales teams and active support in their implementation.

Requirements

• Education and/or study, preferably with knowledge in engineering, business development, or sales
• German: fluent in word and writing & English: good communication skills
• Technical understanding and interest in technical products
• Affinity for technical software applications and communication protocols and the willingness to quickly learn new systems
• Travel readiness within the D-A-CH region
