
Job description
As a Sales Engineer, you will grow market share for Emerson FLMC Motion Control solutions by developing and strengthening relationships with existing direct key accounts. You will identify, acquire, and develop new key accounts within the assigned territory, with a strong focus on OEMs and System Integrators.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer strategic objectives and applications to provide technical consultation, identifying opportunities, and proposing effective, customer-specific solutions. You will deliver regular product and solution presentations to existing and prospective customers to support new business development.
You will need to build strong and trusting relationships by working collaboratively with customers and internal partners to achieve shared goals. You will focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that create value and long-term impact.
