Strategic Planning Analyst

Emerson is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to develop and execute growth and change management strategies across business functions. The role involves working closely with executive leadership to identify internal and external strategic issues, analyze macroeconomic indicators, and present results to the executive team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years of relevant work experience with an understanding of the product development cycle, financial practices, planning, marketing, customer service, and/or manufacturing
• Some knowledge or experience in business administration, engineering, and/or manufacturing to perform high-level economic analysis, financial analysis, financial evaluation, and forecasting
• Demonstrated ability to render objective business decisions
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%, occasional international travel
