Job description
The Senior Systems Engineer will develop architecture, execute projects, and troubleshoot problems related to server hardware & software, system applications, and data processing. This role operates with minimal oversight and acts as a strategic advisor to IT Infrastructure leadership.
Manage computer servers, network health, file backups, antivirus, and EDR servers. Perform maintenance windows, testing, disaster recovery planning, and unplanned outages. Oversee email service, hardware, software, and cloud deployments.
The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual and analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and high-level accountability and ownership. They will operate as a technical leader with minimal oversight and provide mentorship and technical leadership to system administrators and support staff.
