Regional Finance Manager

Reports to the Senior Director of Major Gifts, the Regional Finance Manager cultivates support from mid-level donors and manages fundraising events across the country to elect Democratic pro-choice women up and down the ballot.

Requirements

• Develop and execute a fundraising strategy to recruit and renew mid-level donors
• Manage a portfolio of donors with the capacity to give between $5,000 and $25,000
• Solicit gifts from existing and prospective donors in designated states
• Regularly perform research to identify prospective donors
• Build and maintain relationships with supporters to keep them engaged and informed
• Manage fundraising events, including working with hosts, preparing materials, and maintaining organized and accurate records
• Collaborate with the Events team to ensure all logistical needs at events are met
• Work with Regional Finance Directors to plan and track donor outreach and engagement
