As the Growth Marketing Specialist, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media and search marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and revenue growth across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- Lead the development and execution of paid media, search marketing, and organic search (SEO) strategies
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic display, and SEO
- Allocate and manage a multi-million-dollar budget to achieve optimal return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost efficiency
- Conduct audience research and refine targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and cross-functional alignment
- Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Implement A/B testing and optimize ad creative, messaging, and targeting to improve campaign performance
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform representatives
- Ensure proper tracking implementation, including tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion mechanisms
