Training Specialist - Chicago Suburbs (Esthetics License Required)

Training Specialist role to provide training and sales support to existing Spa Partner accounts, conducting regular business meetings, prospecting new accounts, and driving product penetration. The role is contracted and commission-based, requiring an Esthetician License and 2-3 years of experience. The candidate will work closely with the Outside Sales Representative and the Eminence Central Office in Vancouver, Canada.

Requirements

• Current Esthetician License and 2-3 years of experience
• Experience with Eminence Organic Skin Care Treatments in a Spa
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Customer Service experience
• Sales Experience
• Training facilitation and/or presentation experience
