Production Quality Manager

Emma, The Sleep Company, is looking for a Production Quality Manager to lead and disrupt the sleep industry. As a Production Quality Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and owning the strategy for the Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous improvement. You will also lead and improve customer claim management processes, define and monitor supplier quality and cost of quality metrics, and own root cause analysis and drive effective corrective and preventive actions. Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field
• Experience in quality management, supply chain operations, or production environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data and identify trends
• Ability to effectively engage with internal teams and external suppliers
• Strong communication skills in English (other EU languages are a plus)
