Registry Physician, ESA

This CONTRACT position requires a Physician to provide medical care to patients, perform necessary duties and responsibilities, and participate in on-call duties. The role involves active patient care and maintaining appropriate practice volume. The Physician must be eligible for board certification or be board certified and DEA certified.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in Georgia
• Board Eligibility or Certification preferred
• DEA certificate without restriction
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy
