Paralegal (Landlord–Tenant) — Retainer / Contract

We’re seeking an experienced Landlord–Tenant Paralegal to handle court-related work for non-payment cases and related filings, primarily in Pennsylvania Magisterial District Courts (MDJ).

Requirements

• 1–3+ years focused on landlord–tenant or collections; MDJ experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable speaking in court; organized and confident managing a high-volume docket.
• Familiarity with MDJ e-filing and practices in Lehigh and Northampton Counties.
• Paralegal certificate or ABA-approved paralegal program preferred.
• Strong written documentation, attention to detail, and follow-through.
