Distribution Supervisor

Role Overview

The Distribution Supervisor is the primary contact and leader for the shift, responsible for ensuring all products are available for production, accurate fulfillment of sales orders and shipping orders, and monitoring supporting processes such as slacking and blast freezing. This role leads and assists in asset and facility stewardship, ensuring the right staff are present at the right time and aligned with business objectives.

What You Will Do

Provide direction and decision support to shift employees, ensure sales orders are built and loaded on time, clarify goals and make schedule and task changes for personnel, and develop and use best practices to implement operational changes.
