Job Description
The Employers Association of the NorthEast (EANE) is seeking a Director of Development and Community Relations for a respected human service organization in Western Massachusetts. The role focuses on securing major gifts and public awareness, while also developing fundraising and community-building strategies. This is a strategic position to manage the organization's philanthropic assets and foster meaningful relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful public relations, grant writing, community relations, and fundraising experience
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Code of Ethics
- Professional driver's license (with 3 years of driving experience) and an excellent driving record
