Job Description
This full-time, hourly position offers a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and an opportunity to work with youth and adult clients with disabilities in the Jacksonville, FL area. The Job Coach will provide onsite job coaching, support employment, and assist with Vocational Rehabilitation programs. This is an in-person position focused on empowering clients with knowledge and connections to achieve independence.
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, adobe and web-based database systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
