Job Description
The Job Coach of Vocational Services provides onsite job coaching to youth and adult clients with disabilities, helping them learn job duties, maintain employment, and support an Employment Specialist position. This flexible, paid position offers a strong work-life balance and the opportunity for career advancement within an expanding team. The position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, adobe and web-based database systems
- Ability to pass a level 2 background check
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Open availability (days, evenings, weekends)
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) or ASL proficiency
- Confidentiality required
- Own computer, printer, smartphone, data plan, and high-speed internet connection
