Job Description
EmployU is seeking a Job Coach of Vocational Services to empower individuals with disabilities through job coaching. This on-site, full-time position involves providing guidance on job duties and supporting employment, while also assisting the Employment Specialist. The role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a focus on client needs.
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and web-based database systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Fluency in English (or willingness to learn Spanish)
