Job Description
EmployU is seeking a Youth Employment Specialist to provide individualized support and resources to individuals in the disability community. This full-time, hourly position involves direct client communication, case coordination, and collaborating with vocational rehabilitation counselors to help clients achieve independence through employment. The role requires a commitment to excellent customer service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Develop new business relationships for clients.
- Assist with the intake of new clients to ensure clear expectations.
- Ensure effective communication with clients and their families.
- Creates accurate and professional case notes and deliverables.
- Review and review staff training.
