Role Overview

Empower AI is seeking a Microsoft Windows Engineer to provide support for Hardware, Software, and Operating systems for GSA customers. The team is comprised of the best-in-class technology partners to leverage forward-leaning technologies and best practices to transform GSA's IT capabilities.

What You Will Do

Maintain and manage Active Directory Group Policies for Windows desktop operating systems, evaluate and apply Security Hardening guide Group Policies, and manage MBAM hard drive encryption for all GSA Win10 and Win11 PCs.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This position requires a Public Trust Clearance, ITILv4 Foundation Certification, and experience with maintaining and managing Active Directory Group Policies. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience and a bachelor's degree, with experience as a remote worker demonstrating time management and self-discipline.
