
Job description
The Program Manager (PgM) will be responsible for the overall execution and success of the TO, providing leadership, management, direction, and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the TO. The PgM will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the program, including technical issues and business processes.
The PgM will be responsible for planning, staffing, and successful execution of all tasks under this effort, providing overall leadership and management for all contractor personnel assigned. The PgM will also be responsible for the program budget and schedules, and will direct staff.
The ideal candidate will have a current Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMI/PMP) certification, a minimum of 10-15 years of management experience, and a BS/BA in Information Technology or a related discipline. The candidate will also have demonstrated experience with IT Service Delivery using an ITIL/ITSM framework, Earned Value Management, and managing geographically dispersed operations and engineering staff.
