
Job description
The Client Service Representative handles inbound calls from existing Empower customers, supporting them with all aspects of their account needs on the Automatic Rollover IRA. The role requires a strong focus on customer service, current financial markets, and retirement account operations.
Engage with customers via inbound calls, respond to their inquiries, and process requests. Deliver professional service with a pleasant phone demeanor and strong communication skills. Manage a wide array of service requests, including account maintenance and withdrawal requests.
We are looking for candidates with 1+ years of customer service experience, enthusiasm for providing quality service, and strong active listening and verbal communication skills. Financial industry experience is preferred.
