
Job description
We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and coordinate a team to achieve short- and long-term goals. The role involves interacting with business partners and stakeholders, developing the workforce, and ensuring effective planning and execution of operations.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the team, conducting coaching and feedback sessions, and ensuring timely escalation of delays or issues. They will also provide input for team MIS reports, initiate quality improvement processes, and participate in leadership calls.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with 7-10 years of experience in Defined Contribution with 4+ years in Transaction Ops. They will be adaptable to change, detail-oriented, innovative, and able to make good decisions in a timely manner.
