Job description
The Technical Lead is responsible for setting up and operating audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring customer satisfaction. This position reports to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology.
Set up and operate audiovisual equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, provide excellent customer service, and lead and mentor other technicians.
This role requires strong technical ability, customer service skills, and leadership experience. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
