
Job description
You'll play a central role in scaling our presence across dental practices nationwide, directly contributing to practice growth and improved patient access. Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams in an agile, supportive environment that celebrates innovation and initiative.
Lead customer engagement for Endeavor's financing platform across live practices—from go-live to post-launch optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, define milestones, assign tasks, and ensure alignment on timelines and objectives.
Experience & Background: 3-5+ years in an engagement, sales, account management, or client onboarding role—preferably within healthcare, medical/dental financing, SaaS, or health tech. Project Management Skills: Organized, process-oriented, and adept at managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines.
