Full-Stack Engineer

Role Overview

As a Full-Stack Engineer at Endeavor, you’ll shape the evolution of our core platform—powering treatment plan optimization, real-time financing approvals, and intelligent workflows used by practices every day.

What You Will Do

Build and own production features across our stack (Next.js, React, Rails, PostgreSQL, AWS). Implement best-in-class security, reliability, and compliance patterns for healthcare and financial data.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years building production-grade full-stack applications
• Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend systems (Rails or Node preferred)
• Strong SQL fundamentals
• Ability to translate ambiguous workflows into clean user experiences and well-structured systems
• Understanding of secure data handling, role-based access, audit logging, and healthcare/fintech compliance considerations
• Experience partnering with product, design, implementation, and operations teams
• Passion for using technology to expand access to care and improve patient outcomes
