Director, Chief of Staff & Program Management Office

Join our Operations team as the Director, Chief of Staff and Program Management Office at Endologix, a California-based global medical device company dedicated to improving patients' lives through innovative therapies for the interventional treatment of vascular disease.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or related area of study, or equivalent years of experience in a related field or Business.
• MBA or MS strongly preferred.
• PMI certification a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, business management, and/or PMO leadership, including serving as a project or program leader.
• Minimum of 3 years in a senior management or executive-level role with enterprise-wide responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience leading and scaling a PMO and managing complex, cross-functional portfolios.
