R&D Engineer/Scientist, EUV

We are seeking an R&D Experimental Engineer / Scientist to develop next-generation EUV source technologies and enhance the performance of current EUV systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in experimental physics or a related field and a practical mindset toward system development. This role involves hands-on experimental work, including the design and execution of experiments, development of proof-of-concept hardware, and use of advanced characterization techniques.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Physics or a related field, or M.S. with significant relevant experience
• 5+ years of post-graduate academic or industrial R&D experience
• Strong hands-on experience designing and executing complex experiments
• Experience working with electronic circuits and characterization instrumentation
• Background in plasma systems or related fields
• Experience with vacuum systems (pumps, valves, MFCs)
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, Octave)
• Familiarity with power electronics and high-voltage systems
• Working knowledge of optics and optical physics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical content to groups
