
Job description
Support engineering studies on wind plants and utility power systems. Work on tasks selected based on experience level, from closely-supervised to challenging projects with limited supervision.
Perform power system studies, data analysis, write engineering reports, develop software tools, and perform routine work to meet project/task requirements.
Good communications and report-writing skills, knowledge of power system simulation tools, programming languages, and data analysis techniques are required. Experience with power electronics, conference/journal publications, and a history of working with simulation and data analysis tools are desirable.
