Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, plus 2-year technical/associates degree or certification
- 1 year of work experience in a lead, project manager, or supervisory role
- Bachelor’s degree in science, production management, business management, and/or engineering (preferred)
- Self-motivation, coaching ability, and agility to maintain motivation within the team
- Ability to associate cause and affect relationships and determine patterns of activity
- Basic math skills and accuracy
- Fluent verbal and written skills in English
- Strong communication skills and ability to efficiently present situations
- Ability to read and write for understanding and interpret instructions
- Qualification for safe and compliant use and maintenance of assigned and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
