
Job description
The Energy Engineer PE II is responsible for standard engineering techniques to design, analyze, test, maintain, repair, or improve products, components, or assemblies. They are also responsible for the evaluation and optimization of energy consumption for commercial buildings and applicable systems.
Frequently interact with clients, contractors, and engineers to fulfill the essential duties and responsibilities of the position. Analyze, develop, and evaluate systems, improve and maintain current systems or create brand new projects, and design and draft blueprints.
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, 7+ years of experience in a related field, and advanced knowledge of commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with energy savings projects, life cycle cost analyses, and analyzing utility data.
