Quality Control Manager

Role Overview

As a Quality Control Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's quality control and assurance processes. This position involves strategic leadership, technical expertise, and ensuring that products meet established quality standards.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement quality standards, ensure regulatory compliance, identify opportunities for process improvement, analyze quality data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4 year degree in a related field
• 2 years' experience in construction quality control
• 10 years in construction quality control for similar facilities
• OSHA 30
• 20 hours Continuing Education
• Quality Control training
• Working knowledge of construction codes for mechanical, electrical and plumbing
• Working knowledge of regulatory agency requirements as it pertains to quality control
• Ability to read and understand construction documents
• Proven ability to supervise, communicate and lead project personnel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
