The Technical Expert – Solar PV Inverter Systems is a senior technical role responsible for the diagnostics, repair, and reliability enhancement of string and central inverter technologies used in utility-scale solar PV power plants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of hands-on experience in solar PV inverter systems, with proven expertise in both string and central inverter technologies.
- Strong experience in component-level diagnostics and repair of inverter systems.
- Proven track record in conducting RCAs and working directly with inverter OEMs and factory engineering teams.
- Experience in warranty management, LTSA technical reviews, insurance claim support, and spare part strategy development.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, inverter monitoring platforms, and electrical testing equipment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
