Mechanical Engineer - Malaysia

RED is an expanding international M&E consultancy seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to be based in Kuala Lumpur to inspire others and take a future pro-active role in forging client relationships. The role involves running small projects, researching, developing, designing, and coordinating engineering project services for Mechanical or Electrical installations.

Requirements

• BEng, MSc, and have sufficient experience
• Degree Qualified, Licensed Engineer, MCIBSE/MIEE or HNC/HND + appropriate experience or equivalent
• Working towards Chartered/Professional Engineer status
• Competent in specification design/drawing for several building types
• Sound knowledge of key Health and Safety issues and legislation
• Knowledge of MS Office applications word, excel etc.
• Ability to use IT based calculation and spreadsheet software
• Good understanding of BS SC and International design codes and Standards
• Ability to prioritize own workload
• Ability to work to deadlines
