Requirements
- Master’s degree in electronics or electrical engineering (PhD is a plus)
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in power electronics (design, testing, simulation)
- Experience with inverter systems, control systems, and lab measurements
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus. Spanish is an asset
- Comfortable mentoring others and working in a diverse, international team
