Project Mgt. Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Project Manager with Business Development Experience to lead the growth of TRACTEBEL’s engineering consulting business in Québec. This role will focus on identifying new opportunities, securing key projects, and managing strategic contracts across the Power & Water sectors.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience including engineering and project management
• Licensed Professional Engineer (ing. or Eng.) with the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
• Fluent in French
• Proficient in English
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) or the ability to achieve certification
• Proven experience in engineering consulting and business development in Québec
• Deep knowledge of the Québec power market and regulatory environment
• Strong industry network and track record of winning and managing complex contracts
• Sound knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines
• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce is an asset
