Senior Chef de projet ERP financier & Change Manager (Freelance possible)

As a Senior ERP Financial Project Manager and Change Manager, you will drive the project on a daily basis, accompanying the transformation with the teams, ensuring alignment between the progress of the program and user adoption.

Requirements

• Plan, coordinate, and track project activities: milestones, deliverables, budget, and financial reporting
• Identify, analyze, and manage operational risks, blockers, and arbitrations
• Define and pilot the change management strategy in line with the project plan
• Analyze organizational impacts and identify concerned populations
• Design and deploy communication and training plans
• Animate a network of ambassadors and track user adoption levels
• Contribute to the management and optimization of business processes in the context of ERP transformation
