Medical Assistant/Receptionist FT Dept. Surgery & Surgical Oncology

Englewood Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant/Medical Receptionist to support physicians and the healthcare team in the Dept of Surgery and Surgical Oncology. The role involves restocking procedure and exam rooms, pre-charting patient information, rooming patients, and other essential tasks.

Requirements

• Experience with medical terminology, EMR, collection of specimens, laboratory protocols, and knowledge of proper handling and management of surgical instruments.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to identify when to escalate certain matters.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
