Job description
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering all department scorecard objectives, owning processes, and driving the Ford Production System. You will work in a Production Manufacturing environment, leading teams and ensuring standards are in place.
Confirm manufacturing operating system standards, develop and coach teams to achieve objectives, support issues, and plan maintenance tasks.
We are looking for a team manager who can create a culture of learning, respect, and recognition, and drive a proactive performance-driven culture.
