We are looking for a Business Development Manager-Aluminum to drive strategic growth initiatives within the aluminum industry, supporting Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), and ensuring the company’s services and capabilities align with market needs.
Requirements
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key players, trends, challenges, and opportunities in the aluminum industry.
- Develop strategic sales and marketing plans tailored to the unique needs and buying behaviors of the aluminum industry.
- Collaborate with RSMs to identify target accounts within their territories.
- Support RSMs in customer outreach, opportunity development, and proposal strategies.
- Act as the voice of the customer for the aluminum industry by providing feedback to operations, engineering, and marketing.
