
Job description
The Technical Account Manager serves as the primary technical advisor and advocate for our most strategic enterprise customers. You'll combine deep technical expertise with strategic relationship management to ensure customers maximise the technical value of our platform, optimise performance and reliability, and successfully scale.
Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, technical best practices, optimisation strategies, and technical roadmap planning. Conduct regular technical health reviews, develop deep understanding of customer's technical environment, and collaborate with the customer on technical health continuously.
You'll have the opportunity to build trust-based relationships with technical stakeholders and executives, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive adoption of advanced features and APIs.
