
Job description
The Director, Vendor Management is responsible for leading the strategy, performance, and governance of enterprise vendor partnerships. This role drives accountability, operational efficiency, and value realization across external partners, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and service delivery expectations.
Lead the end-to-end vendor management strategy, including selection, onboarding, performance oversight, and ongoing optimization; Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and contractual expectations; Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and outcomes.
