Quality Engineer

This opportunity is located within our Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company business, a global leader of mission-critical hardware and systems solutions including precision energetics systems and innovative explosive solutions. We are seeking a Quality Engineer with experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge and understanding of current ISO 9001/AS 9100 quality systems
• Working knowledge with interpretation of engineering specifications, mechanical drawing
• Knowledge of process capability concepts including Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques
• Supplier Quality Assurance experience
• Understanding of, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing practices, Problem Solving Skills and in depth understanding ERP/MRP planning systems
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
